Alicia has extensive experience working with builders on material selection for spec homes. She has worked with builders to select exterior materials, kitchen fixtures and appliances, decorative lighting, textiles, home furnishings, and artwork selection.

Alicia will work with the building trades to complete the final install of material for the client, acting as the project manager and material procurement provider.

Alicia has experience staging homes for sale and is able to source rental furniture.
